Schedule Proposal or Rank Advancement Review Boards
We schedule Reviews Boards online (Zoom) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If any choices do not display, it means someone has already booked that day/time slot.
We cancel appointments with incomplete or inaccessible content. Do not schedule an appointment if your online folder is missing required documents – especially signature pages. These are Scouting America requirements which we are required to follow.
Before you schedule, make absolutely sure your Adviser will be available at that time also.
After you submit your reservation, you will get an email confirmation. Please share it with your Adviser.
Unless you hear otherwise, the appointment date & time you selected and submitted is now scheduled.
You will get a follow up email, usually the day beforehand, with the Zoom meeting link.
The deadline for making an appointment is 6:00pm on the Wednesday preceding the week in which you requested a review.
